Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms," "Terms of Use") carefully before using any of the mobile applications (referred to as the "Apps") developed by Konstantin Bolgar-Danchenko ("I," "me," or "my").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of my Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using my Apps.

2. Use of the Apps
You may use my Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Apps, including but not limited to the content, graphics, designs, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by me. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the Apps and its content belong to me. You are not granted any right or license to use any of the intellectual property rights without my prior written consent.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Apps in a manner that is lawful and does not infringe upon the rights of others. You shall not engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to the Apps or other users. You are solely responsible for any content or information you submit through the Apps.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Apps or the content contained therein. I do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless me and my affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Apps, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

7. Modifications to the Apps and Terms
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of the Apps at any time without prior notice. I may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting within the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
